Menu 35.4
Customer Dial-up Parameters
This screen sets the parameters for customer dialup programs.  With the exception of Field 11, all parameters are set to either 'y'es or 'n'o, depending on whether a customer has access to specific menu paths. 

Menu 35.4

  1. Customer orders not purged -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.1.Customer Orders Not Purged.
  2. Detailed order inquiry -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.2.Detailed Order Inquiry.
  3. Open in pick or backorders by customer -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.3.Open In pick Or Backorders By Cust.
  4. Detailed invoice/release inquiry -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.5.Detailed Invoice/Release Inq.
  5. Inventory transaction inquiry by Cust -Set to ‘Y’ to allow your customer access to menu 19.7A .Inventory Transaction By Customer.
  6. Crossref -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.8A.Crossref.
  7. Open A/R inquiry -Set to 'Y' to allow your customer access to menu 19.10.Open Accounts Receivable Inquiry.
  8. Lot Pricing -Set to 'Y' to display customer lot pricing. 
  9. Credit Check -Set to 'Y' to allow normal credit check, if the credit check fails, the system logs off and the customer is advised to contact the Johnstone Store.
  10. Change Warehouse -Set to 'Y' to prompt for a warehouse number to order from.  Set to 'N' the system will not allow your customer to select or change a warehouse.
  11. Customer password -Use this parameter to set a customer's password for dialup.  Every customer must have a password setup before they can begin using the dialup programs.  1st - digit is the company number; the rest of the field is the password.  i.e.: 1pswd = 1 is the company and pswd is the password.
