3. Ship Method Cross Reference Maintenance - In order to simplify things for your customers, we have limited the choices on ship methods. Use m-35.20.3 to cross-reference the online ship methods available to the ship codes on your system.  To print a list of ship codes go to m-12.2.33. Ship Method Maintenance List.  To add or edit Ship Methods use m-12.2.13 Ship Method Maintenance.

The available online ship methods a customer can select from are:  1, Will Call, 2 UPS Ground, 3 Best Way, 4 Johnstone Truck, 5 Common Carrier.

The next step is to match up the 5 online ship methods (1 thru 5) with the 5 closest from your system (M-12.2.13) by following this prompt: 

ENTER SHIPXREF CODE TO CHANGE OR PRESS <ENTER> ?  Put in the shipxref code (1 thru 5) and then at the next prompt put in the ship method (M-12.2.13).   You can input an alternate terms code and ship-code, but those are reserved for potential future implementation.
