2. Company Maintenance - The information stored in Company maintenance is a bit more specific for each company.  This screen determines the email address that will receive order confirmations, whether to display on-hand quantities or just "Yes/Call", if discount percent for internet orders will apply and the pick/pack printer assignment for internet orders.

• Company number -Company maintenance will need to be set up for each company/branch.
• Field 1 -email address - The email address to receive copies of all internet order confirmations for the specified company.
• Field 2 -Show Available Inventory (Y/N) -If set to 'Y' customers will see the actual inventory availability for an item in stock.  If item is not in stock, customer will see that item is available.  If set to 'N' customer will NOT see actual quantites but will see 'YES/CALL' instead of the product quantities indicating that the product is available.
• Field 3 -Discount Percent -This is the discount the customer receives in addition to their specific pricing on internet orders only.  Typical discount percentage is 1 to 2% for online purchases.
• Field 4 -Bar Code -Print bar code of order on top of pick pack (1=TALLY, 2=OKIDATA, 3=LASER). 
• Field 5 -Pick Printer -Select a printer for the online pick tickets to print to.  Once the printer is set, all online orders will print to this printer automatically upon submittal.
