Material Safety Data Sheets - New Order Entry Options

Step 3: Set Parameter

Menu 35.1 - Order Entry Parameter Maintenance (U2005.2)

Screen 3, field 8 - New Parameter for MSDS Options.

  • Enter 1 for Notification only in Order Entry that a part requires an MSDS (for users without a file-server)
  • Enter 2 for Notification that the part requires an MSDS with an option to print the MSDS (For users with a file-server with MSDSs saved on it only)
  • Leave this blank for no MSDS notification or print options in Order Entry.
