5. User Maintenance - Use this screen to set up individual users to login to webstore. Begin by entering the desired username* (must be unique). You can also do a 'L' to lookup existing usernames. Once the username is entered, fill in the following information (all is required): customer#, password*, active, first and last name, email, pricing.
*username and password are _NOT_ case sensitive.
- Field 1 -A.CUST.NO -This is the customer number this user is tied to and who the billing goes to. Also, in order for login to function properly, the user must be tied to a customer that is setup in M-35.20.4. Use 'L' to lookup customer#'s.
- Field 2 -PASSWORD -This field, in combination with the username, make up the login information. The password must be a combination of at least 6 numbers and/or letters. This field is not case sensitive.
- Field 3 -ACTIVE (YES/NO) -If set to 'YES" this username is active and will be allowed to login. Use this to de-activate a user and/or customer instead of deleting.
- Field 4 -FIRST NAME -First name of the person tied to the login.
- Field 5 -LAST NAME -Last name of the person tied to the login.
- Field 6 -email address -This is the email address associated with the login. Order comfirmations are sent to this address. ALL LOGINS MUST HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!
- Field 7 -PRICING (YES/NO) -Parameter to control pricing for specific logins. If set to 'NO' a users/customer will not see their specific pricing.
