Menu 9.3 - Print PI Tags From Hold File

This menu prints PI tags created and spooled in Menu 9.2.

Step 1 - After selecting the printer destination, enter the "spooler hold-entry number" taken from Menu 9.2.

Note:  If you need to reprint a portion or all the PI tags for any reason, use Menu 9.16, Re-Spool PI Tags to Hold File

Step 2 - Enter 'Y' to view the PI tag entry and 'Y' to spool the tags.  The screen displays and prints the total counts, tag numbers, product numbers, any precounts, any shelf counts, frozen quantity on hand, average cost, and subsequent counts.  The sequential tag number is used through the PI process for entering counts or respooling tags in Menu 9.16.

To help speed up the inventory process, you can pull off printed tags from the printer to begin counts even before all tags have completed printing.  Likewise, you can also enter counts as the tags are printing.
