Menu 35.22
Order Entry Non-Stock Message

Use this menu to set standard memo lines in order entry for non-stock items.  When a non-stock (NSxx-xxx) item is sold, the system will include these memo lines on the customers' order.  A non-stock item is defined as an 'NS' item, an item with '00' ROP or an item where the Temp Flag is set to "T" in product master (m-12.3.2.2 field 27. Temp Item).

  1. At the prompt - Enter the message line to be set.  Only the completed message lines will display.
  2. Type the non-stock message to display ie: NO returns on non-stock items.
  3. Once the message lines have been entered - "0" to accept and save.  When a non-stock part is entered the message lines will display during order entry and also on the invoice.
