·         Menu 12.3.11, Enter vendor 544 (Goodman) and the following Department/Category codes:

o        223-09 Central Furnaces

o        315-01 1 Phase Condensing Units

o        315-02 3 Phase Condensing Units

o        315-04 Coils

o        315-05 Heat Pumps

o        315-07 Air Handlers

o        315-09 1 Phase Package Units

o        315-10 3 Phase Package Units

·         Run a product Pad in Menu 12.3.22 for Vendor 544.  Locate all non-catalog items (equipment only).

·         In Menu 12.3.2.12 on Line 1, enter one of the Department/Categories on those items from the list above.

·         Any Goodman items that are not equipment, and those items are coded with one of the above codes; enter those items in Menu 12.3.12 to exclude them from the Goodman Report.

·         Any customers to exclude from reporting, enter 'N' in menu 12.2.2.2 Customer Master Maintenance, Field 33 VIP Reporting.  These customers will not be included in the reports.  A blank field in Field 33 assumes 'Y'.  

·         Proceed with Menu 11.9 above.

·         Each Month-End prints a report for the month.
