Menu 5.20.2 Update Matrix from Excel

Description:  This menu path M-5.20.2 allows you to bulk create matrix pricing (M-5.15) from a spreadsheet/text file.

Why use it:  Instead of having to access M-5.15 for each and every items that needs to be setup in this matrix, you can setup a spreadsheet as outlined below, upload it and the pricing matrix is built.  This saves time and effort by cutting down on repetitive keystrokes and data entry.

How to Use it: 

1. Setup your Excel spreadsheet as outlined in the supporting document.   Click here for printable version of layout or scroll down to view.  **Do not need column headings when setting up the sheet.   *** = Use NONE if not setting up a contract# in Column A
2. Save the file named as priceqty.txt to your PICK folder on your C:\ drive 
   EX: C:\PICK\priceqty.txt
3. Access M-5.20.2 Update Matrix from Excel.   Confirm that your file is saved/named correctly and in the right location on your C:\ drive.  Answer Y*** to continue.
