Menu 12.2.8 Customer Class Maintenance

Use this Menu to create/maintain your customer classes. You can use your customer classes to group similar customers for pricing and reporting purposes.  They are assigned in customer master 12.2.2.2 screen 2 field 4 Customer Class.

Set up a 2 digit code for example RE for refrigeration contractors.  Then set up the description in line 2.  You can also set up pricing programs in lines 2-15 that will apply to all customers assigned to this customer class in customer master. 

If you do not know the 2 digit code - you can do an L for lookup.
