GL Drill Down – It’s window based! You’ll be able to trace the origin of general ledger transactions all the way to the originating transaction: customer invoice, AP voucher or journal entry!
Bank Reconciliation – We’ve made it easier to reconcile to your bank statement with a windows-based program that will allow you to click items as they clear the bank to get to your cash balance!
Upload your Journal Entries from Excel – With the touch of a key, you’ll be able to import your journal entries in Excel to save on time and eliminate frustration!
MUCH MORE – We’ve created many additional, NEW features and menu paths that will make your life easier as you try to account for, analyze and reconcile cash, inventory and transactions! We’ll tackle every system module and how it relates to the accounting system!
Who Should Attend? Anyone in your organization who deals with AR, AP, Credit, Finance, Accounting or Sales Analysis. We also welcome those users who want to be exposed to what the system is capable of. Users will be expected to have a working knowledge of the menu paths and their basic function.
Instructor Bio - Kathleen Graw Since her first day at Johnstone Supply Santa Ana and Laguna Hills in 1997, Kathleen Graw has been involved in numerous aspects of running a multi-branch store group, including, but not limited to, accounting, operations, sales, purchasing and warehousing. She has also been a Data Services Consultant and Instructor since 2001. Kathleen's guidance and knowledge is instrumental in the development of the accounting package.
Kathleen holds multiple professional degrees including a Bachelor Degrees in Public Relations and Accounting (1994) and a MBA with a concentration in Accounting (2004). She is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Data Services User Advisory Group.
Registration Fee $375.00 per attendee. Price includes two days of training, lunch, and snacks. Charges will be applied to your Data Services Invoice.

Data Services Regional Training Cancellation Policy A $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied to any individual that cancels their regional training registration within 30 days of their scheduled class.
