IMPORTANT SHORTCUTS AND HELPFUL HINTS
o G to Go Anytime a terminal is locked up and has to be turned off/on, first hit the <enter> key and it will normally display a "breakpoint". A break point will either be an asterisk (*) or an explanation point (!). Always try entering the letter "G" followed by <enter> twice, this will unlock the terminal and the user will be able to resume input at the point prior to the terminal locking up.
Using the F1 (END) key to unlock a terminal should always be a last resort.
o Terminal Locked and Beeping Use menu path 20.3 to list which terminals are locked, go to that terminal and logoff to the Big J screen.

:reset-users ## - (## = port number ) reset a port
