Thank you for your interest in attending the Database Training Conference. The Database Support Team (DST) is excited to announce the first ever Database Training Conference. The conference will take place on April 8th and 9th, 2005 in Las Vegas, NV.
Our goal is to provide customized training based on the needs of all conference attendees.
Class Descriptions Class Registration Form
Class Registration: Complete the registration form and fax it to DST at (413) 254-7943. Please complete one registration form per attendee. All registration forms must be turned into DST by February 25th, 2005.
Conference Fee: $200 per person. This fee covers 16 hours of Database training; on the days of the conference, a catered lunch as well as snacks will be provided to all participants.
DST previously stated that there would not be a conference fee, however we realize that in order to provide you with the best possible training a fee needed to be applied. The $200 fee per participant will be billed to stores in April.
Conference Date & Time: April 8th and 9th, 2005. 8:00am – 5:00pm
Conference Location: Embassy Suites Convention Center Hotel. The Embassy Suites is a non-gaming hotel located one mile from the Las Vegas strip. Please visit the hotels website for further information www.eslvcc.com.
Guest Room Rate: $129/night (plus a 9% occupancy tax) this rate has been blocked for the Database conference for the nights of April 7th, 8th, and 9th.
Hotel Reservation Procedures: Each attendee is responsible for making their own reservations. To make your hotel reservations call (800) 362-2779 and identify yourself with Johnstone Supply. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first night’s room deposit equal to the room rate plus tax.
*Important - Make sure that you clarify that the reservations being made are for the Embassy Suites Convention Center Hotel, 3600 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: All reservations must be received by Tuesday, March 8, 2005. After this date the hotel will not be able to guarantee a room or the rate of $129/night.
Transportation: The hotel does not have shuttle service to and from McCarran Airport. You can purchase a shuttle ticket at the Airport to take you to the hotel.
Hotel Amenities: Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is available each morning. There is also a complimentary Evening Manager’s reception featuring beverages and light snacks. Please refer to the hotels website www.eslvcc.com for more information about hotel amenities.
