Certification Questions

Certifying individuals ensures proper training on the use of the handheld.  The following questions are available if your store decides to certify handheld users. 

1)      What do you do if the barcode does not scan?

2)      How do you sync up the Palm Pilot?

3)      How often do you sync it up?

4)      How often do you put it on the charger?

5)      What happens if you forget to put it on the charger and the battery goes dead?
